I've collected a lot of maps now, but most of them were uploaded as "unlisted": I realized the other day it was ridiculous that they were on tinternet but no-one could see them, so I've decided to open up many more of them.
Here's the full list - http://goo.gl/PUfET
The maps are of all over the place, from the Maldives to Manchester. The ones I've held back are the ones that basically point out exactly where I live, but I'm not even sure about those ones: I may end up opening them up later. If someone wants to track down where I live, I'm sure there are much easier ways than deducing it from a plethora of GPS traces.
Unfortunately the Google My Maps interface is a bit rubbish, and doesn't let you see all of the tracks on one page. The way to get round it (without hosting it myself) is a little ridiculous: if you copy the link address of "Open in Google Earth", paste it into the Google Maps search box, you can see the whole thing in one interface (albeit with some weird spikey bits).
Here are some of my favourites:
- Maldives (because the background is so different to the rest of my maps) - http://goo.gl/VzfG6
- Butterfly world (because you can see the tracks that they designed to look like bits of a butterfly) - http://goo.gl/nbwJP
- Framestore lunch (because it shows the area I cover during my lunch break) - http://goo.gl/AptQf
- Whipsnade (because being such an open area, the GPS accuracy is very good) - http://goo.gl/0BUrr
- Trains (because it makes me want to get the train around London, instead of just into or out of) - http://goo.gl/QhUmN
